Civil Society meetings during the PrepCom
- Civil Society Plenary meeting: 9:00-10:00 and 18:00-19:00, Cinema amphitheatre (with translation into English, French, Arabic)
- working groups and caucus meetings: at least two smaller rooms (A6 and A8) are availabel all the time
- four smaller rooms are available on 23 June in the afternoon
